Update 8/15/25: I have been coming here for a year and a half now and I love this shop. What I get isn't very fancy, but it always comes out pretty. I've had great service from multiple people, but T is my usual tech. The owners are very nice and I've been given a couple of gift sets as well. But what I like the most is that when I have a problem they just fix it. I appreciate that more than anything.

I've since updated my review below to reflect a more positive experience, but wanted to keep the original details for context. 1/8/25: This place has been my go-to for years, especially for Ombré. Hi was my nail tech. I haven't seen him in almost two years though. Everyone is nice, but my nails should not look like this after only five days. I am satisfied with the length, but there should be no visible gap between my cuticles and the polish. Also, my cuticles were not trimmed, I was cut by the drill and bled on my ring finger. This set cost me $57 and I always tip well on top of the cost. It looks like I need a fill already. The top pic is how they looked immediately after getting them done. The pic to the right of that is what I expected. I'm so ready to soak these off. I am disappointed. 1/15/25 Update: Some of my nails are already starting to lift and it's only been seven days. I will have to soak them off ASAP to avoid fungus. 1/17/25 Update: I went in for a soak off only, but Helen remembered me from my initial visit and how busy they were that day. She wouldn't let me leave out as anything less than a happy customer. She soaked off my nails and re-did them in milky white, as requested and I really like them! As usual, everyone was very nice and professional. From now on, I will book with Helen!

Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hi Demand Nails is my go-to place for the best nail care! The recent renovations have truly elevated the look and feel of the salon, creating an even more welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Helen is a fantastic owner who goes out of her way to ensure every customer has a top-notch experience. Mia is amazing as well—her attention to detail and skill always leave my nails looking flawless! If you’re looking for quality service in a beautiful setting, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for my shellac pedicures for a few months; I like it here! Would definitely feel comfortable recommending them to a friend. There is never a wait, and they always seem to have plenty of available appointments (probably because they have a LOT of workstations). I’ve scheduled an appointment the day beforehand without any difficulty. Today, I was even been able to call and reschedule for a slightly later appointment, since I was running behind schedule. The building seems clean, and the pedicure procedure feels sanitary. The chairs are comfy, and they have many TV’s showing different channels, so there’s always something to watch if you’re not in conversation/on your phone. The staff is polite, and the work is done well. My feet and toenails always come out looking nice. Pricing seems pretty fair/average.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. I'm usually skeptical about going to people outside of my usual but I needed my nails done A.S.A.P. Molly did an amazing job on my nails. She was patient and most definitely paid attention to details plus she gives great conversation which made the time go by quicker because i hate sitting and getting my nails done. Also I wish I got the guy name who did my feet but those hands that he's blessed with did a flawless job with that deluxe pedicure. Also I can't forget Lisa did a fabulous job getting my engrown nails out. It's a very clean and professional establishment that I most definitely stand behind and recommend. I plan on being back very soon. Thanks again for the great customer service and experience.
